Robert Nozick was born on November 16, 1938. He died in 2002 after a long struggle with stomach cancer. He would have been 70 today.Perhaps we will get around to addressing his politics, epistemology or analytics on this page. Certainly the intellectual weight of Nozick's and Rawls's philosophies in higher academia (an environment that, sadly, chooses the latter over the former without much hesitation) recommends it. For now, those of us at The Ennobler would like to wish Mr. Nozick a happy birthday.
